Lead Service Line Investigator

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

This role involves working outside, door‑to‑door canvassing to assist with data collection related to the investigation and identification of lead water service lines. You will work in pairs of two and be onsite year‑round.

Key duties include:

• Collect, enter, track, and maintain confidential data.
• Maintain effective written and telephone communication with contractors and homeowners.
• Document all correspondence and update company records daily.
• Support the Lead Service Line Replacement Project Manager and project staff with administrative tasks.
• Perform heavy canvassing (door‑to‑door, in all weather conditions).

• Effective verbal and written communication, including email.
• Accurate data recording in both written and digital formats.
• Physical ability to climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces.
• Willingness to work year‑round and in all weather conditions.

High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license.
