Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Temple Texas. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of office processes. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining office equipment, overseeing customer service practices, and fostering an organized and effective administrative environment. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with staff, patients, and stakeholders
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily operations efficiently
- Proficiency in handling Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, and other related tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organization in a dynamic office setting
- Leadership skills and the capacity for problem-solving to manage office work effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer software and organizational systems
