As a Youth Soccer Coach
, you'll inspire young players while delivering fun, structured sessions that promote both skill and character development.

• Implementing engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Fostering a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued
• Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment
• Encouraging personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities
• Acting as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field
• Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and program partners

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Open to working various hours throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, or weekends
• Ability and patience to work with children ages 12 months and up
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available to start immediately
• Able to pass a background check with the Department of Children and Families (State of Florida)
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
