On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2366) rting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

This may be the right job for you if you enjoy interacting with guests, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible with shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays). The On-Demand role allows you to pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app, with variations in weekly hours based on store needs.

• Welcome guests and provide excellent service across cashier, general merchandise, fulfillment, food and beverage, and style areas.
• Demonstrate a service culture, greet guests, assist with needs, and resolve concerns by leveraging store tools, products, and services.
• Promote and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and explain fulfillment options (Order Pick Up, Drive Up, Registry, etc.).
• Assist guests with returns, follow register prompts, and de-escalate situations in accordance with Target policies.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests; maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Stock supplies as needed and maintain safety and compliance in all tasks.
• Support cash office processes as needed and manage cash systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards as required.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive guest experience and uphold ethical conduct.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Enjoy helping others and working in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with varying hours and shifts.
• Willingness to learn and apply product knowledge, services, and technology (handheld scanners, Target App features).
• Capable of handling cash operations and standard lifting requirements (up to 44 pounds with assistance as needed).
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of shifts and work in varied temperatures and environments.
