Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) s role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signage and clearance merchandising best practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting rooms, guest service, and the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their decision to shop at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Handle cash operations as needed; climb ladders when required.
• Scan, move, and merchandise merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including while performing Drive-Up or carryout duties.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift (shift length may vary).
