• Provide clear direction and step in to assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling
• Coach team members in real‑time, offering guidance and support during every shift
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary
• Train and guide your team to meet Race Trac’s guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure proper execution of inventory, vendor check‑in, and promotional communication
• Oversee key store processes: write‑offs, cash wrap, compliance documentation
• Communicate shift change information and maintain team alignment throughout the day
• Relay important updates from leadership, monitor task completion, and give immediate feedback to drive results
• Support a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork, stepping in during busy times to demonstrate great leadership

• 2–3 years retail, restaurant, or food service experience
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume, guest‑focused environments
• Strong communication and team‑building skills
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.)
