• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Cut, weigh, or measure ingredients according to provided instructions
• Prevent spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and areas
• Monitor the temperature of food and food storage areas
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
• Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses
• Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas

• Must have experience making pizza dough & sauce
• Must be able to mold & stretch dough at a fast pace
• Knowledge of how to cook pizzas to consistency & product spec, including adding toppings evenly with correct portions
• Listen and follow directions
• Work well as part of a team
• Work independently and maintain a high level of accountability
• Ability to function well in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and be requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
