The Café Attendant plays a key role in operating the Trout Creek CDD Cafe. The attendant will take care of residents in all aspects of the café with a smile. This is a position for an individual who routinely exercises good judgment and exceptional problem‑solving skills. As the face of the cafe experience, maintaining positivity and diplomacy in a fast‑paced environment is critical while maintaining standards.

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks along with prepackaged sandwiches, wraps, pizza and snacks.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Cleaning service and seating areas
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Servicing customers and taking orders
• Receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Receiving and processing customer payments
• Stocking during shift as needed
• Helps guests with all aspects of the café
• Perform various other duties as assigned

• GED or High School Diploma
• Minimum of one (1) year in a similar role preferred.
• Team player.
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers, iPad, calculators, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including Holidays.

• Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
• Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.

Shifts vary based on the needs of the property

As a part‑time non‑exempt associate, you will be eligible for full supplemental benefits to include dental and vision. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

$16.00 hourly
