Club Operations Key Holder​/Supervisor; Seasonal

Oasis Club at Champions Gate is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of part‑time seasonal Club Operations Key Holder/ Supervisor for February - August
. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Assists managers with customer service across the club including the Front Desk/Concierge, Dining Outlets, and Pool facility. In the absence of the Club Manager, this position will be responsible for successful opening/closing of the club, restaurant, and pool facilities. To include processing of daily reports, cash handling, and completion of opening/closing checklists.

• Performs duties in association with and as directed by department managers.
• Provides customer service to club members, Front Desk, Concierge, Dining Outlets, and Pool Facility.
• Assist with Member’s reservations, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Assists Managers in any working projects.
• Performs other duties as required.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2 years’ experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
