Position: Assistant Association Manager

Location: Davenport, FL

Pay: $23 to $25/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: Association management experience is strongly preferred.

Education: CAM license.

Type: Full-time;
Temp-to-Perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Availability to work weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking an Assistant Association Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description
  • Support the Community Association Manager in daily operations
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for residents, vendors, and board members
  • Assist with enforcement of association policies and procedures
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
  • Help monitor compliance with association rules and Florida statutes
  • Maintain administrative records and assist with contract documentation
  • Step in to manage on-site operations when the Manager is off-site
  • Assist with oversight of a busy, short-term rental environment
Position Requirements
  • App Folio experience
  • Strong understanding of HOA/COA operations
  • Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
  • Comfortable supporting a high-traffic, Airbnb-heavy community
  • Professional communication skills for board and resident interaction
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
