Position: Assistant Association Manager
Location: Davenport, FL
Pay: $23 to $25/hour (Depending on experience)
Experience: Association management experience is strongly preferred.
Education: CAM license.
Type: Full-time;
Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Availability to work weekends as needed)
HH Staffing is seeking an Assistant Association Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Support the Community Association Manager in daily operations
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for residents, vendors, and board members
- Assist with enforcement of association policies and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
- Help monitor compliance with association rules and Florida statutes
- Maintain administrative records and assist with contract documentation
- Step in to manage on-site operations when the Manager is off-site
- Assist with oversight of a busy, short-term rental environment
- App Folio experience
- Strong understanding of HOA/COA operations
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
- Comfortable supporting a high-traffic, Airbnb-heavy community
- Professional communication skills for board and resident interaction
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
