With over 45 years of excellence and multiple industry awards, WEC Group Ltd is expanding our skilled team. We are currently seeking experienced Welder/Fabricators to join our thriving operation in Darwen, Lancashire.

The Role:

We are looking for skilled and reliable individuals who can demonstrate:

* Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding to a high standard

* Ideally experienced in fabrication and interpreting engineering drawings

* Competence welding stainless steel from 1mm to 20mm

* Ability to work with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel

* A proactive and self-motivated attitude

* Strong timekeeping and reliability

Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

* Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

* 40 hours per week

Salary & Bonus Breakdown:

* Basic rate: £16.87 per hour

* Weekly production bonus:
Up to £1.25 per hour

* Total OTE:
Up to £18.12 per hour
