Environmental Services Assistant is responsible to support and assist the Environmental Services Director (ESD) with the hands‑on general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. Lead by example and make certain that the progress and services provided by yourself, maximize each resident's quality of life, identity, interests, abilities and preferences. Personally get to know the residents by communicating with other team members and through direct conversation with residents.

• General Maintenance to include drywall repairs, painting, light plumbing, light carpentry, janitorial and other tasks as required.
• Perform carpet cleaning as needed.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.
• Interact in a professional manner at all times with residents, staff and outside vendors.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Willingness to drive company 12 passenger bus to transport residents if needed.
