We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedOutside Sales Representativeto join our team. Reporting to the Regional Parts Manager, this position will focus on building relationships with customers, generating new business, and providing product solutions that meet customer needs. The successful candidate will also have a component of outside deliveries, supporting our commitment to timely and efficient service
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and grow market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring product availability.
- Manage and follow-up on leads and customer inquiries, ensuring all communication is tracked in the CRM system.
- Conduct outside deliveries to customers, warehouse duties when required.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
- Participate in trade shows, sales meetings and follow trade publications.
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the automotive or heavy-duty truck and trailer parts industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is an asset.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting products and making deliveries
