Position Overview

As an In-Home Sales Closing Specialist
, you will convert warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts. All leads, in-home assessments, and sales support are provided — your role is to present confidently, handle objections, and close deals on the first visit. This role is designed for high-performance sales professionals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home sales consultations with fully pre-qualified leads
  • Run an average of 3–4 booked appointments per day (scheduled for you)
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals during the initial visit
  • Clearly explain products, pricing, incentives, and financing options
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Submit signed contracts and required documentation for processing
  • Maintain accurate CRM or digital contract records

Requirements
  • Proven in-home closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to succeed in a self-directed, commission-based role
  • CRM or digital contract experience is considered an asset
Compensation
  • 100% commission-based role
  • Top closers earn $150,000–$250,000+ annually (uncapped earning potential)
