Position Overview
As an In-Home Sales Closing Specialist
, you will convert warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts. All leads, in-home assessments, and sales support are provided — your role is to present confidently, handle objections, and close deals on the first visit. This role is designed for high-performance sales professionals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with fully pre-qualified leads
- Run an average of 3–4 booked appointments per day (scheduled for you)
- Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals during the initial visit
- Clearly explain products, pricing, incentives, and financing options
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Submit signed contracts and required documentation for processing
- Maintain accurate CRM or digital contract records
- Professionalism:

Ownership of results in a performance-first environment
- Proven in-home closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to succeed in a self-directed, commission-based role
- CRM or digital contract experience is considered an asset
- 100% commission-based role
- Top closers earn $150,000–$250,000+ annually (uncapped earning potential)
