East Coast International Trucks is looking for a motivated and driven Service Advisor to join our Dartmouth location! As a Service Advisor you will be the friendly face and dependable guide our clients rely on. With a strong work ethic, and a passion for service excellence, you will ensure each customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and worry-free. Reliable and committed, you will confidently navigate clients through their service needs, consistently meeting, and exceeding their expectations.

Hourly Wage: based on knowledge, skills and experience + monthly bonus

What your day looks like:

Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.

Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.

Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.

Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.

Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.

Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.

Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.

What you bring to the team:

Experience in a dealership is great, if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude!

CDK knowledge a strong asset

A hands-on, problem-solving attitude while being driven and motivated

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
