Job Title: Construction Labourer
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Advantage Personnel is seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers to support our client on active construction sites in Dartmouth, NS. This hands‑on role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, physically capable, and ready to contribute to a fast‑paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Move materials and equipment using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other tools.
- Operate small hand tools such as drills, hammers, and crowbars.
- Assist with general site clean‑up and organization to maintain a safe workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and directions from supervisors.
- Travel between job sites as required.
- Previous construction experience is required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
- Fall Arrest and Scissor Lift certifications are considered assets.
- Reliable transportation, as job sites may vary.
- Must have personal PPE: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and CSA-approved steel‑toed boots.
