We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic and growing team, servicing five care homes across South Devon. If you are someone who is passionate about maintaining safe and comfortable environments and enjoys hands‑on work, we would love to hear from you!

• Perform routine maintenance on internal and external areas of our buildings.
• Respond promptly to repair requests, addressing issues such as leaks, faulty appliances, and fixtures.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain outdoor areas including paving, walkways and waste storage areas.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and log maintenance activities.
• Test fire safety systems and water temperatures in line with health and safety protocols.

• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between care homes across South Devon.
• Experience in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Vocational training in maintenance or related fields is preferred but not essential.
• Address in the South Devon area (required).
• UK driving licence with your own reliable car (required).
