Where first impressions truly matter

We’re looking for a Concierge to join our team at Bayards Court in Dartmouth. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, providing a calm, professional service and making sure every interaction feels effortless.

From greeting guests and answering queries to supporting move‑ins and coordinating day‑to‑day requests, you’ll help create a welcoming environment that reflects Vivant’s quality and care.

• Welcome residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Act as a key contact for queries, requests and daily support
• Assist with move‑ins, appointments and everyday admin
• Respond to concerns with care and confidence
• Preparation and serving of beverages and snacks to the highest standard
• Support events and marketing through professional engagement
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards
• Contribute to team recruitment and development
• Transportation of residents to external appointments, therefore full driving license needed
• Experience in customer service or similar support roles
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Clear communicator with a helpful, inclusive approach
• Full UK Driving License
