Overview
Leisure Operative role within the Health Club, responsible for welcoming members and guests, handling queries, assisting on the gym floor, supervising the swimming pool, and maintaining general cleaning in line with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Welcoming members and guests at reception
- Managing guest queries efficiently
- Assistanting guests on the gym floor, supervising the swimming pool, and maintaining cleanliness of facilities
- Compliant with Health and Safety standards, COSHH, and statutory obligations
- Evening and weekend work required; shifts vary with business levels
- Positive and friendly attitude – able to make guests feel welcome
- Team player
- Enthusiastic about health and fitness
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
