Plumber – South London - £45,000+

Join a well-established South London contractor and become part of a growing, reliable team working across residential blocks and commercial sites. This is a long-term, PAYE role offering weekly pay, consistent overtime, and realistic earnings of £50k+ per year.

What’s on

Offer:

* £40,000 basic + £5,000 call-out retainer

* 1-in-5 call-out rota (£450 standby + x1.5 Mon–Sat / x2 Sundays – door-to-door)

* Weekly PAYE pay

* Regular overtime (typically £5k+ annually)

* Company van + fuel card

* Tools, PPE, phone & tablet provided

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee

Your Role:

* Domestic & commercial plumbing maintenance

* Working on HIUs, district heating systems, and plant rooms

* Repairs and installations in flats and high-rise buildings

* Covering South London and surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For:

* NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Experience in domestic and commercial plumbing

* Knowledge of HIUs/district heating (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence
