Stannah has an exciting opportunity for an Installation Manager to join our Home Accessibility Commercial team, reporting to the National Operations Director and based in Dartford. This role will involve managing all aspects of the installation and removal of stairlifts, with a focus on health & safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
Work Hours and Contract – 39 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 15:45. Permanent contract.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced installation or operations professional looking to lead teams, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
To be successful, you must have previous stairlift installation experience and strong health and safety knowledge. Experience in people management and operational leadership is desirable.

- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Manage and develop installation, removal and warehouse teams
- Drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement across operations
- Monitor performance through site visits, reporting and investigations
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company values
- Proven stairlift installation and testing experience
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards
- IOSH Managing Safely and Asbestos Awareness
- NVQ Level 2 in Stairlift Installation
- Level 3 Management qualification (or working towards) and full UK driving licence
