Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Drainage Engineer to join our team. This role involves carrying out a wide range of drainage works, attending reactive call-outs, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering high-quality customer service across domestic and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out drainage investigations, repairs, maintenance, and installations

• Operate drainage equipment (CCTV survey equipment, jetting units, locators, etc.)

• Attend emergency call-outs and diagnose drainage issues

• Complete reports, surveys, and job sheets accurately

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations

• Liaise with clients onsite to provide updates and professional service

• Travel across Kent, Essex, Dartford, and into London as required

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Drainage Engineer (essential)

• Strong knowledge of drainage systems, fault-finding, and repair techniques

• Competent using jetting, CCTV, and other drainage equipment

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• Willingness to travel into London regularly

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours or emergency work
