• Location - Dartford
• Full Time - You will average 40 hours per week over the year, working annualised hours (less in summer, more in winter). This includes weekend, evening and bank holiday work.
• Salary - £51,400 plus a £3,000 guaranteed bonus in your first year.

At Home Serve, we put the customers' experience at the forefront. As a Gas Repair Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair of gas appliances and central heating systems in customers' homes, providing industry‑leading service to enhance our reputation and drive customer growth.

• Maintain and repair gas appliances and central heating systems in residential properties.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

• Apply problem‑solving skills to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.

• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.

• CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 certificates (copies required upon successful application)
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability

• Week 1:
  Attend Home Serve Head Office in Walsall Monday–Friday, covering company information, health and safety, and receiving tools and equipment.
• Week 2:
  Buddied with an experienced Home Serve Gas Repair Engineer.

Where geographically appropriate, accommodation and meal allowance will be provided for induction.
