• Visit customers in their homes across Dartford and surrounding areas to repair appliance issues.
• Manage daily time schedules, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Maintain daily stock levels in your van.
• Upsell products, earning bonus incentives on products sold.

• Full, valid driving licence.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Technical knowledge; experience as a White Goods Engineer preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, and maintain hand dexterity and colour vision.
• Capacity to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires.
• Successful completion of in‑house City and Guilds‑assured training.

• £33,903 per annum starting salary for candidates without White Goods experience; potential to earn £38,423 once fully trained.
• £38,423 per annum starting salary for candidates with at least six months of recent White Goods engineering experience.
• Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum.
• Enhanced rate over time.
• Up to 6% pension contribution.
