Covering Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset and Wiltshire

As Business Development Manager for this highly successful construction contractor business, your remit will be to manage a base of accounts as well as identify any potential new business opportunities across the South Coast and Southern home counties. Selling a vast range of maintenance services into housing associations, local authorities, education, healthcare and leisure accounts you can expect to take orders anywhere from £5k-£500k.

Dealing with a range of contacts from Facilities Managers, Maintenance Engineers through to Directors, you will be working on planned and reactive projects throughout the region with a focus on increasing wallet spend and driving new business.

Our client is looking for a calibre sales professional ideally someone who has sold a service to public sector, local authorities, or construction industry. They are happy to provide full product training and team fit and personality is key due to the need to work with multiple branches and stakeholders internally and externally.

• Basic: £45,000 – £50,000 (dependent upon experience)
• Bonus: £20,000
