Retail Minibus Driver

The role involves overseeing the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region. You’ll work on different retail customer sites and stores with shift‑by‑shift travel variations. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.

• Notify your count team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
• Complete a team attendance sheet, detailing stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately on site using a handheld scanner.
• Stand for prolonged periods and use access equipment when necessary to reach high stock.

• Work unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a full driving licence.
• Have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts on large counts.
• Be a quick learner able to adapt to changing technology.
• Experience handling stock is advantageous but not required.

• Location:
  
  Dartford (8‑10 hour stock‑count shifts plus driving time).
• Salary: £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + enhancements.
• Immediate start.
• Access to wages 3‑7 days after shift completion.
