We are seeking an experienced Planning & Supply Chain Manager to lead site-wide planning, scheduling, inventory and customer fulfilment activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will own the end-to-end planning process
, ensuring robust data, reliable schedules and consistent delivery to customers and patients. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, customer service performance and continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage site planning processes
    , including Order Book management, Fixed Finite Scheduling, 0–13 week MPS and 3–24 month S&OP
    .
  • Lead inventory management
    , controlling stock levels and managing aged, short-dated and expired inventory (both company- and customer-owned).
  • Run site Planning, Scheduling and Order Fulfilment (OFM) processes to agreed cadence.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure planning, scheduling and inventory effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with central procurement and key suppliers
    .
  • Line manage the Customer Services team
    , ensuring clear communication and strong customer relationships.
  • Act as a role model for safety, quality, GMP compliance and company values
    .
  • Contribute as an active member of the site leadership team
    , influencing cross-functionally.
About You
  • Proven experience leading planning processes in a manufacturing environment (pharma, FMCG or regulated industries preferred).
  • Strong understanding of GMP / cGMP requirements; pharmaceutical experience advantageous.
  • Experience in make-to-order or complex manufacturing operations highly desirable.
  • Confident leader able to operate in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
    .
  • Commercially astute, data-driven and passionate about continuous improvement
    .
  • Able to influence stakeholders at all levels, including without direct authority.
