Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location:
Dartford, Kent
Hours:
Full-time | Permanent
Salary:

As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational management of the domiciliary care service. You will ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, maintain excellent quality standards, and lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, person-centred care across the Dartford area.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care branch
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
- Lead, support, and develop care coordinators and field care teams
- Manage recruitment, staffing levels, rotas, and performance
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and external professionals
- Drive branch growth, quality improvements, and operational efficiency
- Ensure effective safeguarding, incident management, and service delivery standards
We are looking for a confident and proactive Registered Manager with a passion for high-quality community care.
Essential Requirements- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven experience managing or supporting a busy dom care service
- Excellent people-management, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong understanding of scheduling, compliance, and care planning
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Experience working with local authorities and commissioning teams
