Position: Yard Assistant with FLT

Competitive Pay

Earn £13.50 per hour, overtime rates of £20.25 paid after 37.5 hours per week. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which φι increase with length of service.

London weighting bonus paid - £7.75 per day

Shifts

Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm with some overtime required.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
General yard and maintenance duties including the heavy lifting of gas cylinders.
Operating the Fork Lift - counterbalance
Occasionally assisting in the office taking calls from customers during busy periods.
Some general admin duties will be required - full training is given.

Requirements

Valid FLT counterbalance licence - refreshed in the last 3 years.
Valid Cat B driving licence.
Outstanding customer service.
Computer literate.

Successful candidates require a DBS check

Details :
The role is due to start immediately and run until the end of April 2026 when it will be reviewed.
