Are you an experienced Catering Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a primary school?

We are working with a popular primary school in Dartford to recruit a School Catering Assistant for a temporary, long-term position.

Role Details:

• Hours:
  
  10:00am - 2:00pm (Monday-Friday)

• Excellent opportunity to work around childcare commitments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with food preparation

• Setting up for lunchtime service

• Serving pupils and staff

• Cleaning and disinfecting tables, chairs, and kitchen appliances

• Supporting food preparation for the following day

• General kitchen cleaning duties

Requirements:

• Previous catering experience

• Food Hygiene Certificate

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and food hygiene (essential)

• Experience in a school kitchen is advantageous

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
