A leading hotel group seeks an experienced Head Chef for Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, located in Dartford. The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing a restaurant to 2-rosette standards and the ability to manage a large kitchen team. Responsibilities include planning, cooking, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, while also achieving profit targets.

Competitive salary up to £65,000 plus bonuses are available.
