About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a newly refurbished, small mental health home. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in creating a supportive, high-quality care environment where residents feel valued.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and leading a skilled, compassionate team.
About You:
- Proven experience managing a mental health service
- A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
- Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based care.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- (Desirable) Current NMC registration.
