A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team in Dartford. This role is ideal for a proactive and knowledgeable pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the safe and effective use of medicines across a range of clinical areas, contributing to improved outcomes for the client’s patients.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing expert advice on the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines. Duties include conducting medication reviews, supporting prescribing decisions, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, participating in audits, and supporting service development initiatives to enhance patient care.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines
