As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Broad Oak Manor Care Home, you will lead a team of housekeepers, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. You will manage schedules, training, supplies, and quality standards across the home.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home.
• Lead by example performing vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and upkeep of communal areas and residents’ rooms.
• Supervise housekeeping and laundry assistants, manage staff rotation schedules, provide training, and ensure all supplies are stocked and replenished.

• Experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role with a focus on quality and organisation.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and delegate appropriately.

• Approachable and caring nature with desire to engage with residents and cross‑team collaboration.
