Superb opportunity to join an established manufacturing business based in North Kent, at a time of change and transition. The Finance Director is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join the team on a 3‑month interim contract tojería help steer them through the changes and manage the small dedicated finance team. This role is office‑based 5 days a week and offers on‑site parking.

• Oversee the preparation of financial information, manage budgets, and ensure accounting standards are met.
• Auditurgy processes, forecast financial outcomes and maintain internal controls.
  
  Analyse large data sets and report on financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and financial modelling.
• Budgeting and forecasting, analysing past data to predict future trends and risks, steering the business toward growth.
• Detailed cash‑flow management and reporting.
• Full monthly management accounts and commentary.
• UK tax, VAT and PAYE responsibilities.
• Costing, working with factory on budgets and detailed cost analysis.
• Month‑end and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA, with a strong background from manufacturing.
• Staff management experience.
• Costing experience.
• Financial modelling and data manipulation skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
