• Design a range of renewable heat pump systems across a range of domestic and commercial projects.
• Lead and execute the full renewable heating design process from initial concept through to installation.
• Produce, update, and maintain detailed heat pump and system designs in line with technical and regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant delivery.
• Ensure all designs comply with manufacturing specifications, MCS standards, technical requirements, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with installation teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs and system performance.
• Deal with project values from £50k - £500k.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and new technologies.

• Must have experience designing or installing heat pump systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible, with an excellent work ethic.
