My client is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join their manufacturing team in Dartford. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, while maintaining safe running of the site.

• Oversee engineering department performing planned and reactive maintenance
• 70% hands on, 30% management
• Act as a support to production team and reduce downtime
• Correctly fault find on PLCs and electrical systems
• Perform repairs on inverters, cable selection and lead small projects

• Electrical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience using CMMS systems
• Experience leading small teams
• Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment
