QUANTITY SURVEYOR | DARTFORD | REFURB/ FIT OUT

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing refurbishment and fit-out contractor based in Dartford. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantify Surveyor looking to develop their career within a busy commercial team. The successful Quantify Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs across multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects while reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

This role would suit a proactive Quantify Surveyor who enjoys overseeing projects at different stages and working in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated Quantify Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career, this could be an excellent opportunity.

The Role

* Managing multiple refurbishment/fit-out projects valued £100k – £3m

* Preparing budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts

* Procuring and managing subcontractors

* Reporting into the Commercial Director

* Office-based in Dartford with occasional site visits

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience

* Experience with a refurbishment or fit-out contractor preferred

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong commercial and communication skills
