Supervisor / Construction Manager (Mechanical Fitting – Aluminium Structures & Storage Tanks)

Location : UK-wide travel depending on project / Europe

We’re looking for two experienced Supervisors / Construction Managers with a strong mechanical background to oversee the installation of aluminium structures and dome systems on large storage tanks within the petrochemical sector.

You’ll be running site delivery, managing crews, coordinating lifting operations, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.

Think hands‑on leadership, technical oversight, and keeping projects moving like clockwork.

Lead site teams delivering mechanical fitting works on aluminium dome structures and storage tanks.

Coordinate, plan and supervise lifting operations with Appointed Persons / Crane teams.

Manage day‑to‑day site activities, interface with clients, and maintain progress against programme.

Ensure all work meets industry standards, QA requirements, and HSE regulations.

Oversee toolbox talks, RAMS, permits, and site reporting.

Monitor installation quality and resolve technical issues on site.
