Receptionist​/Assistant

kolt recruitment are looking for a front of house admin receptionist for an accident repair centre in Dartford.

A busy, customer-focused bodyshop is looking for a professional, friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You’ll manage the front desk, support the admin team, and help keep the site running smoothly day to day.
key responsibilities

* meet and greet customers, visitors and drivers in a warm, professional manner

* answer incoming calls, book appointments, and direct enquiries to the right team member

* update customer records, job notes and basic documents accurately

* support service advisors and workshop/admin teams with day-to-day paperwork

* handle customer updates and manage expectations where needed

* manage post, emails, deliveries and general front of house duties

* maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area at all times

requirements

* proven experience in a receptionist / front of house / admin role (automotive is a bonus)

* confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills

* organised, reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* good IT skills (email, spreadsheets, basic systems)

* professional appearance and positive attitude
