Role OverviewThe purpose of the role is to act as the focal point of contact for the collation of chargeable works across multiple contracts and work streams. It requires a high understanding of the importance of capturing chargeable sales and monitoring valuations through to the invoice stage, and updating the system to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities- Collation of chargeable works across multiple contracts and work streams.
- Ownership of chargeable works administration while co‑working on various other contracts to maintain team knowledge.
- Monitor the capture of all chargeable works through system reporting and liaise with Contract Managers and Heads of Regions for cost information and completion updates, pushing valuations to purchase order and invoice stage.
- Liaise with clients and back‑office as necessary. Participate in finance meetings when required.
- Use the main database to complete administrative tasks, logging information accurately and concisely.
- Perform all associated ad‑hoc administrative duties.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably from a social housing/contractor background.
- Ability to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
