Electrician

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to work across a range of domestic and commercial properties. This role involves a mixture of maintenance, installation, and compliance testing and able to work to a high standard.

Job Description

* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in domestic and commercial settings

* Complete new electrical installations, upgrades, and refurbishments

* Undertake fire alarm testing and ensure systems meet relevant safety regulations

* Conduct emergency lighting tests and report any faults or required repairs

* Fault-find, diagnose issues, and provide practical solutions

* Maintain accurate documentation, including test certificates and job reports

* Ensure all work is completed in line with current electrical standards and health & safety guidelines

Personal Specification:

* Fully qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3, AM2, or equivalent)

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Experience across domestic and commercial environments

* Strong understanding of testing and inspection processes

* Full UK driving licence

* Good communication skills and a professional, approachable manner

* Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)

* Experience with fire alarm installation/maintenance

* Previous work within facilities, maintenance, or project-based roles
