Skills Required:

• Relationship Building:
  Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
• Patience and Understanding:
  Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
• Conflict-Resolution Techniques:
  Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
• People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Darlington.

Contract options
:

Part time (30 hours per week)

Shifts
:

• Days:
  Varied shifts between 08:00-22:00 (rota basis)
• Sleep ins required and paid at a flat rate of £63.70 per sleep.
• Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
