Cala Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a growing technology business for an Enterprise Customer Experience Administrator to support a portfolio of enterprise clients and coordinate installation and order management activities.
This is a key operational role where you will act as the link between customers, engineers, depots, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of installations and a high standard of customer service.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Operations
• Process enterprise customer orders accurately in line with internal procedures
• Coordinate with scheduling and stock teams to ensure availability aligns with installation schedules
• Release approved orders to the warehouse for dispatch, ensuring correct documentation
• Support the investigation and resolution of customer support tickets alongside service teams
• Track customer orders from placement through to delivery
• Provide timely updates and respond to customer queries professionally
• Raise and escalate support issues to the appropriate internal teams
Installation & Operations Coordination
• Contact depots weekly to confirm installation schedules and identify potential issues
• Maintain daily installation reports, recording progress and highlighting any issues
• Communicate installation changes or cancellations to depots and engineers
• Attend operational meetings to review installations and identify improvements
• Escalate vehicle availability or scheduling issues promptly
• Monitor internal communication channels to identify and resolve issues in real time
Skills & Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Confident using systems, order management tools and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams
• Strong administration and reporting skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
