What you will do
  • Manage a small caseload and support Social Workers with complex cases, ensuring all children receive the care and guidance they require.
  • Provide management oversight by completing supervision, chairing strategy meetings, and leading stability meetings.
  • Participate in duty cover once a week, with the possibility of additional cover as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to develop best practices and uphold high standards in care and support.

This role is within the Looked After Service, offering the chance to significantly impact the lives of children in care. With the expectation of twice-weekly insights, you will be a critical part of the decision‑making process, ensuring stability and positive outcomes for the children we serve.
