Our client, a highly reputable national accident repair specialist, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Darlington.

Duties:

Repair and replace body components on damaged vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using expert knowledge and precise techniques
Assess damage and determine the most effective repair methods
Communicate effectively with MET and Paint technicians to ensure seamless repair processes
Operate specialist body repair equipment within a modern workshop environment
Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout all repair activities

Requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience as a Panel Beater or Body Repairer
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent is preferred; time-served candidates will also be considered
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all repairs
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Sound knowledge of health and safety guidelines relevant to the automotive repair industry
Flexible approach to working hours and duties
A professional attitude committed to delivering quality workmanship
