Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations, sales performance, client experience, and visual standards. Working closely with the Area Manager, this role helps ensure Saujette’s refined, feminine, and chic aesthetic while achieving sales and service goals. The Assistant Store Manager acts as a bridge between management and in-store teams — leading by example with warmth, poise, and precision.

• Support boutiques in achieving monthly sales plans and KPIs
• Monitor daily sales goals, clienteling, and team performance
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash control, inventory transfers, and store standards
• Assist with weekly sales summaries and performance reporting

• Partner with the Area Manager on staffing needs, recruiting, and onboarding
• Help manage weekly schedules, shift coverage, and communication across stores
• Provide coaching and feedback to maintain a strong, service-driven culture

• Embody Saujette’s chic, personalized service approach in every interaction
• Support boutique events and activations — setup, hosting, and follow-up
• Help drive client engagement and retention through strong clienteling practices
• Execute weekly visual updates, mannequin styling, and window changes.
• Maintain floor presentation, size runs, and replenishment standards.
• Communicate visual and inventory needs promptly to management.

• Prior Saujette or comparable luxury retail experience strongly preferred
• Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented leadership style
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of boutique retail and high-touch customer service
• Flexible availability, including weekends and seasonal demands
