Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Line Cook. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items according to recipes and club standards. Daily responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to safety and health regulations, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service.
The Line Cook will also assist in inventory management and contribute to a positive dining experience for members and guests.
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu execution
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Prior culinary or kitchen experience is preferred
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
