Marketing Automation Specialist

We’re looking for someone who loves clean data, smooth automations, and systems that just work.

You’ll manage the systems that make our clients’ marketing work - uploading lists, building autoresponders, cleaning data, and setting up new accounts with accuracy and speed.

You’ll work closely with our Client Partners to turn strategy into execution, using AI tools for efficiency but never at the cost of quality. If you’ve managed B2C lists, built automations, and enjoy untangling messy data, you’ll fit right in.

Industry experience in Oil & Energy or HVAC is a plus — but strong fundamentals in B2C email marketing are non-negotiable.

• Manage list uploads, tagging logic, and database hygiene for multiple clients
• Build and QA automations (welcome flows, re-engagement, reminders)
• Set up new client accounts and integrations in Active Campaign
• Monitor deliverability and performance — then recommend improvements
• Document workflows and updates in Notion for easy handoff
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align content and automations with campaign goals
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline setup and QA while keeping a human-first lens

• 2–4 years managing B2C email marketing lists and automations
• Deep knowledge of an Email Marketing Platform, such as Active Campaign, Hub Spot or Constant Contact
• Experience with segmentation, tagging, deliverability, and list hygiene
• High technical comfort — integrations, webforms, and troubleshooting don’t scare you
• Sharp communication and documentation skills (Notion or GSuite preferred)
• Collaborative attitude — takes feedback, improves fast, and gets things done
• Detail-oriented, quick to respond, and comfortable working independently.
