• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy in reporting submissions and expense coding
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
• Assist in headcount planning and track hiring progress, analyzing impacts on forecasts
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial visibility and operational decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
